My Purpose of this research is to confine exclusively the full views of the scholars concerning the controversy which is standing between the implicit induction (Presumptive measurement) and single narrator, then I present those views through careful research and deep analysis, to show their virtues and vices, and to show which of them is closer to the proper use.

Then I supported it with the most prominent and obvious evidence, then I choose the more likely view revealed by this work.

In my opinion the Single Hadith – implicit induction in the rank of legitimacy, and the evidence of those who say otherwise are nothing but rebuttal tricks, on which they rely to refute the essentials and to deny the witnesses.
