Abstract FRE

This study aims at identifying Works about the quantitative methods and models that take place over the years to develop corporate failure prediction models and its participation for the keep going of the economic development .So, the early identification of business failure prevent companies from it in an accurate and timely manner, and protect themselves from many negative aspects.

So, we will go through the years of 1966 and 1968 to examine the work of BEAVER and the year of 1968 to examine the work given by ALTMAN.

Also, we are going to present and discuss the recent corporate failure prediction models, for example the work of Teija Laitinen; E.K., Laitinen, 1998.
