الأورام الغرنية الرحمية هي أورام خبيثة نادرة و سريعة الانتشار.
و غرن النسيج الضام لبطانة الرحم هو من أندر أنواع الأورام الغرنية هذه و لذلك اتخذنا قرارنا بتقديم هذا التقرير عن هذه الحالة.
و لقد اكتشف هذا الورم لدى امرأة غير متزوجة في الأربعين من العمر حيث كانت مصابة بضخامة مستفحلة في البطن.
و تبين من الفحص السريري و الفحص بالأشعة المقطعية وجود كتلة صلبة في التجويف البطني من أصل غير معروف.
تم الاستئصال الجراحي للورم الضخم و الذي بلغ وزنه 45 باوند, و كان ورما غرنيا لا متميزا في حالة متقدمة, و لم يبدو أن هناك أي انتقال للأعضاء المجاورة.
يصل غرن النسيج الضام لبطانة الرحم إلى حجم كبير قبل أن ينتقل و من الضروري أن نتذكر دائما أن فترة ما قبل اليأس تتسم بوجود أورام ضخمة.
Abstract EN
Uterine sarcomas are a group of rare malignancies and aggressive cancers.
The endometrial stromal sarcoma (ESS) is the rarest type of uterine sarcomas.
So, we decided to report this case.A 44 Years old, unmarried woman presented with history of progressive abdominal enlargement.
There was a large solid mass inside the abdominal cavity with unknown origin on physical examination and abdominal CT scan.
On surgery it was a large (45pound) undifferentiated and high grade ESS without obvious metastasis.
Endometrial stromal sarcomas may attain large size before metastasis and it is necessary to keep it in mind in premenopausal age with large tumors
