Abstract EN

In our research study, we have been exposing Pseudomonas aeruginosa to ultraviolet radiation under different experimental conditions.

Furthermore, we use intense electromagnetic fields (103 Gauze) to expose some other samples of Pseudomonas to investigate the influence and lethal-dose of Pseudomonas irradiation.

We expect that results will give us indication and a picture on the influence of both UV and electromagnetic fields on living tissues in general including human being.

Experiments have revealed that, the increase in dilution and exposure times cause decrease in number of colonies.

For example at the dilutions 10"5 and 106 the number of colonies was reduced from 300 cfu to 0 in 60 seconds and from 280 cfu to0at 8 seconds, respectively.
