في هذه الدراسة تم أخذ 115 عينة دم من دجاج تسمين (كب مربى تحت ظروف صحية) مصاب بأعراض تنفسية و تم فصل السيرم و فحصه لاستبيان وجود أجسام مناعية ضد مرض النيوكاسل و الالتهاب الشعبي المعدي و الميكوبلازما جالليسبتكم و الميكروب القولوني الممرض.
حيث تبين أن 13%، 14,8% كانت إيجابية لكلا من النيوكاسل و الالتهاب الشعبي المعدي كلا على حدة و أيضا 5,2%، 6%، 6,9%، 10,4%، 11,3% كانت إيجابية لكلا من النيوكاسل و الميكروبلازما جالليسبتكم، الالتهاب الشعبي المعدي و النيوكاسل، الالتهاب الشعبي المعدي و الميكوبلازما جالليسسبتكم، النيوكاسل و الميكروب القولوني الممرض، الالتهاب الشعبي المعدي و الميكروب القولوني الممرض كعدوى ثنائية مختلطة و كذلك وجد 2,6% إيجابية للنيوكاسل و الالتهاب الشعبي المعدي و الميكوبلازما جالليسسبتكم معا في نفس الوقت و أيضا تلاحظ 15,7% إيجابيةة للنيوكاسل و الالتهاب الشعبي المعدي و الميكوبلازما و الميكروب القولوني الممرض كعدوى مختلطة في نفس الوقت.
و على الجانب الأخر تلاحظ وجود 11,3% كانت سلبية لهذه الأمراض.
و كذلك أجريت بعض القياسات البيوكيميائية على سيرم الدجاج المصاب مثل البروتينات الدموية و الألبيومين و حامض اليوريك و الكرياتنين.
Abstract EN
-Acute respiratory tract infections are of paramount importance in the cmltry industry.
In respiratory diseases, involvement of newcastle isease virus (NDF), infectious bronchitis virus (IBV), mycoplasma "auisepticum (MG) and escherichia coli (E.coli) can be suspected.
Most of these usually occur as complex, some being primary while others implicating the situation as secondary pathogens.
Broilers have been observed mostly affected with respiratory as complex respiratory disease (CRD), leading to high mortality and huge conomic losses.
The results showed that 13% and 14.8% were infected with NDV and IBV respectively, whereas 5.2, 6.0, 9.6, 10.4 and 11.3% were infected with both NDV and MG, IBV and NDV, IBV and MG, NDV and E.coli and IBV and E.coli respectively.
Furthermore, 2.6% were infected with IBV NDV and MG, also 15.7% were infected with IBV, NDV, MG and E.coli at the same time : On the other hand 11.3% of the serum samples examined were negative for the above-mentioned respiratory diseases.
