Herbal medicines have been known to man for centuries.

Therapeutic efficacy of many indigenous plants for several disorders has been described by practitioners of traditional medicine.

Azadirachta indica (Neem) is a tree which has been used for a long time in agriculture and medicine.

AZadirachta indicium is an indigenous plant widely distributed in India.

The medicinal properties of the plant Azadirachta indicia were studied by several workers.

The antipyretic effect [1, 2], an2malarial effect [3, 4], an2tumour effect [5], an2ulcer effect [6] An2diabe2c effect [7, 8] an2fer2lity effect [9], effect on the central nervous system [10, 11], and cardiovascular effect [12] were some of the studies of the earlier workers.

Antimicrobial properties of Azadirachta indicia were studied by several authors, Rae teal reported the antimicrobial activity of the seed oil against variety of pathogens [13].

Moreover the an2fungal effects were reported of guanine against polypore's wood [14], of a leaf extract against Alternation alternate [15].

This present study is aimed the an2microbial ac2vity of 'name' seed on the kernels on the growth of Staphylococcus auras, Salmonella tophi, Escherichia coli and Candida albinos.
