يتضمن هذا البحث تحضير الليكاند الجديد -2[(-6 نايترو -2 ̅- بنزوثيازوليل)ازو] - هايدروكوينون (6-NO2BTAHQ=LH2) و ذلك من مفاعلة كلوريد (-6 نايترو -2 ̅- بنزوثيازوليل الديازونيوم) مع الكوينول في الوسط القاعدي، كما يتناول البحث تحضير معقدات جديدة للزنك (II) و الكادميوم (II) و الزئبق (II) و الكاليوم (III) و الانديوم (III) و الثاليوم (III) مع الليكاند المذكور.
قد حضرت هذه المعقدات بعد تثبيت الظروف الفضلى من دالة حامضية و تركيز مولاري من خلال دراسة أطياف الأشعة فوق البنفسجية - المرئية لمحاليل مزج الايونات الفلزية مع محلول الليكاند أنفة الذكر و لمدى واسع من الدالة الحامضية (4.5-9.0=pH) و التراكيز المولارية الخاضعة لقانون لامبرت - بير.
عينت صيغ المعقدات المحضرة باستخدام طريقة النسبة المولية و قد بينت النتائج إن نسبة (الليكاند : الفلز) هي (1:2) لجميع المعقدات.
تم تشخيص الليكاند و معقداته بوساطة التحليل الدقيق للعناصر و الموصلية المولارية و ثابت الاستقرارية و أطياف الأشعة فوق البنفسجية - المرئية و الأشعة تحت الحمراء و طيف الكتلة لليكاند.
كما استخدم مطياف الامتصاص الذري اللهبي لغرض تعيين النسب المئوية للايونات الفلزية في المعقدات المحضرة.
Abstract EN
Dimethyl-2- (11-iso [1, 2-b] benzothiazolyl) but-2-ene-4-diate (5) was synthesized from the reaction of isoindole [1, 2-b] benzothiazole (3) with dimethyl acetylene decarboxylase (4).
Also the products from the reaction of a phthalaldehyde with appropriate substituted amines and 2-mercaptoethanol in the presence of dimethyl acetylene decarboxylase (4) was carried out.
A quantum and molecular mechanic theories were applied to prove electrophilic attack to obtain a substitution product with extended conjugation rather than Diels-Alder adduct.
The structure of all compounds was identified by physical, chemical and spectroscopic data.
