Abstract EN

The mycorrhizal dependence and response of haricot bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) to arbuscular mycorhizal (AM) fungus (Glomus deserticola) were studied at various concentrations oftriple superhosphate.

The results showed a decline in mycorrhizal dependence and responsiveness in haricot bean with an increase in phosphate added to the soil.

Furthermore, a difference was found between the mycorrhizal responsiveness and mycorrhizal dependence in plants inoculated with the AM fungus.
