تم تحضير مجموعة من triazolo-thiadiazinyl chlorocoumarins (10a-k) و قد تم التعرف عليها باستخدام تحاليل أطياف الأشعة تحت الحمراء, الطنين النووي المغناطيسي و طيف الكتلة, كذلك تم تقدير معامل التوزيع الذي هو عامل طرد الماء للمركبات الجديدة و بالإضافة إلى أنه تمت دراسة الفاعلية المضادة للجراثيم للمركبات المحضرة.
Abstract EN
A series of triazolo-thiadiazinyl chlorocoumarins 10a-k have been synthesized and these compounds have been characterized by IR, 1H-NMR and mass spectral analysis.
The partition coefficient which is a hydrophobic parameter was also determined for the newly svnthesized compounds and the same compounds have been evaluated for their antimicrobial activitv.
