هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقییم الوظائف المناعیة الخلویة لمرضى التدرن الرئوي الخاملین و المتحسسین مناعیا مقارنة مع الأشخاص الأصحاء و تضمنت هذه الدراسة 125 مریضا بالتدرن الرئوي المراجعین لمركز التدرن الرئوي في بابل للفترة من كانون الثاني 2003 إلى أیار 2004 و شملت الدراسة كذلك 23شخصا طبیعیا كسیطرة و استعمل فحص السیلین الجلدي لمعرفة نمط الاستجابة المناعیة للمرضى.
استخدم فحص اختزال صبغة النایترو رباعیة الزولیوم الزرقاء و فحص التشكیل الزهري التالي و اختبار فاعلیة العامل المثبط لھجرة الخلایا البیضاء لتحدید الوظائف المناعیة الخلویة و أظهرت النتائج وجود انخفاض واضح في مستویات هذه العوامل في مجموعة الخاملین مناعیا مقارنة مع المتحسسین و كذلك السیطرة .لذلك فإن هذه العوامل ربما تساعد عند استخدامھا كوسائل تشخيصیة مناعیة في تحدید الحالة المرضیة لمرضى التدرن الرئوي .
Abstract EN
The present work aimed to evaluate the cellular immunological functions in TB patients among anergic tuberculosis patients (AN), allergic tuberculosis patients (AL), and controls (C).
This was carried out on 125 tuberculosis patients admitted to the TB center in Babylon Province during the period January/2003 to May /2004,and 23 apparently healthy controls.
Tuberculin skin test was used to judge the immunoresponsiveness of tuberculosis patients.
The NBT, E-rosette ,and LIF assays were used as parameters to evaluate the cellular immunological functions.
The results showed marked decreasing in these functions in AN (4%, 14%, 57.14%) respectively in comparison to that of AL(7%, 21%, 37%) and C(11%, 25%, 88%).
Thus these parameters may aid to use as a diagnostic as well as immunological tools among the tuberculosis patients.
