يتعلق البحث بدراسة تأثير مختلف الجرعات لعقار الديكساميثازون على الغدة الادرينالية و ذلك من خلال قياس سمك طبقاتها و تم ذلك من خلال معاملة (45) فار بالغ ذكر سويسري فصيلة بالب / سي بالجرع : 0.2، 0.4، 0.8، 1.6 ملغم / كغم و على أساس وزن الجسم تحت الجلد و لمدة أسبوعين لكل جرعة.
أظهرت النتائج فروق معنوية 1.6 و 0.8 ملغم / كغم حققت بها الفئران مدة أسبوعين و أربعة أسابيع بالنسبة للمقاييس المدروسة تتبعها بالتأثير الجرعة 0.4 ملغم / كغم لبعض المؤشرات في حين لم تظهر الجرعة 0.2 ملغم / كغم أي معنوية في التأثير فضلا عن عدم تأثر الطبقة المحببة القشرية (Glomerulosa) و جزء اللب (Medulla) طول فترة المعاملة مقارنة بمجموعة حيوانات السيطرة.
Abstract EN
This paper regards in the study of the effect of different doses of dexamethasone drug on adrenal gland, through measuring its layers thickness and this was done by treating (45) adult Swiss balb / c male male mice with the does : 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 and 1.6 mg / kg (B.W) s.

for 2, 4 weeks for each dose.
Results showing significant differences at the doses : 0.8 and 1.6 mg / kg on adrenals cortex, some of layers affected by 0.4 mg / kg but no significance by 0.2 mg / kg, while cortical glomerulosa and medulla part never be affected as a long time in compare with control group.
