أجريت دراسة حول استعمال دواء الكبتوبريل عن طريق المضغ في حالات ارتفاع ضغط الدم الشديد في مستشفى الكوت العام و قد لوحظ من خلال الدراسة أن مجموعة الأعمار بين 30 إلى 40 سنة و الذين يمثلون 16 % من الحالات التي تم علاجها أن لديهم استجابة جيدة للعلاج بينما 93 % كانت الاستجابة في الأعمار 41 إلى 50 سنة و الذين كانوا يمثلون أكثر الأعمار شيوعا لوحظ كذلك إن 98% من الحالات التي تم علاجها لم تحدث أي اختلاطات تذكر و نستنتج من الدراسة أن استعمال عقار الكبتوبريل عن طريق المضغ ذو فائدة كبيرة و تأثير فعال في علاج حالات ارتفاع ضغط الدم الشديد .
Abstract EN
We made a study on use of Captopril chewing tablets in sever uncomplicated hypertensive patients that had been admitted to the emergency unit in Al kut General Hospital.
We had noticed that 16 % of the treated patients their age between (30–40) years show 100 % response rate, whereas the most common age group between (41–50) years show response rate of about 93 % which is statistically significant.
Also 98 % of the treated patients were free from complications.
We concluded that captopril chewing tablets is save and effective treatment in hypertensive urgencies and sever hypertension.
