تم في هذا البحث قياس معدل التآكل للفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ L 316 في محاليل ملحية مختلفة باستخدام اختبار الغمر الكلي للنماذج و منحنيات استكمال تافل.

استخدمت المحاليل الملحية بتركيز (5g/liter).

بالإضافة إلى ذلك جرى التعرف على سلوك هذه الأملاح و تأثيرها على قيم معدلات التآكل.

تم قياس معاملات اختبار التآكل بطريقة الغمر الكلي و التي تشمل الوزن المفقود, معدل التآكل, كذلك معاملات استكمال تافل, و قياس الأس الهيدروجيني PH و الموصلية الكهربائية للمحاليل.

Abstract EN

The change with time in the corrosion rate and corrosion current density on an austenitic stainless steel 316 L electrode in various aqueous salt solutions have been carried out using total immersion test and Tafel extrapolation curves.

The concentration of salts taken is 5 g / liter.

The relative behavior of these salts towards corrosion has also been studied.

The total immersion test parameters vise weight loss ; corrosion rate as well as Tafel extrapolation parameters, PH, electrical conductivity have been calculated by standard methods.

The results showed that NaCl and KCl are major contributors than MnSO4, Pb (NO3)2, KI, and KBr.

The relative increase in corrosion is high in KBr, KI, NaNO3 CaCL2, and less in Pb (NO3)2, NaHCO3, and CaCO3 test solutions.
