مريض عمره 23 سنة، يشكو من عدم الارتياح في العجان، و من الفحص السريري و السونار تبين وجود الخصية اليسرى في الجهة اليسرى من منطقة العجان.
و تم إجراء التحليل النطفي مع عملية استكشاف الخصية و أخذ خزعة و تثبيت الخصية في كيس الصفن و تبين عدم قابلية الخصيه الهاجرة من تصنيع الحيامن بشكل طبيعي.
لذلك يجب إعادة الخصية الهاجرة في العجان إلى كيس الصفن مبكرا للحفاظ على قابليتها لتصنيع الحيامن بشكل طبيعي.
