تمت دراسة عشرون امرأة متزوجة و ولديها عقم أولي سببه الوحيد قلة هرمونات الإباضة و تعاني من انحباس الطمث حيث تم إعطائهن الأدوية المحفزة للإباضة ومراقبة الاستجابة باستعمال جهاز الأمواج فوق الصوتية عن طريق البطن، و كانت هناك (9) حالة للحمل خلال (42) دورة علاج انتهت منها (5) بالإجهاض و (4) انتهت بولادة جنين حي بالشهر التاسع.

Abstract EN

To assess the possibility of monitoring ovulation induction in an out-patient basis in hypo gonadotrophic amenorrhea depending solely on abdominal ultrasound monitoring only. Out-patient infertility clinic attached to Babylon Maternity and Pediatric Teaching Hospital and private clinic.
