Abstract EN

The character of Jesus Christ (Peace be upon him) and the relevant saying, action, humanity sacrifice , crucifying and the Last Supper formed indicative pivots through which the Palestinian poets opened to religious dimensions that unified their individual and collective experiences as an objective equivalent expressing the killed Palestinian who with his blood lights the darkness of the world , and expressing the human desire to conquer the evil forces which corrupted the earth.

But the poets’ employment of Jesus Christ’s character and Its relevants is not empty from a difference and surprise that break the recipient’s expectation by inferences contradicting the inherited religious inference to express a moral civilized entangle and a tourtured miserable soul of the contemporary human , like the Palestinian who refuses to be crucified although the tragedy left him as a neck under a knife just as the baptism shouts with the red and the baptism flame instead of baptism with water, In view to the aforementioned, this research seeks to clarify the impact of the New Testament in the Palestinian contemporary poem depending on two ways: the first way is represented in monitoring the religious signs and clarifying their relation with the poetic text; and the second way is represented in the analysis of the poetic text as a lingual tissue for producing the inferences which lie under the surface of the language image , music ...etc.
