من مجموع 186 شخص طبيعي (الإناث (143), الذكور(43)), تراوحت أعمارهم من 6 أشهر إلى 75 سنة.
تم أجراء فحص اختبار وجود أجناس المبيضات في الفم, الغائط, بالإضافة غلى العضو التناسلي الخارجي, و أعلى منطقة المهبل.
الحمل الفموي لأجناس المبيضات كان بنسبة 31 % من الإشخاص الأصحاء (إناث 66), و (ذكور 44), بالمقارنة إلى ما وجد في فم المرضى الراقدين في ردهات المستشفى و تحت المضادات الحيوية لفتره طويله كان 41.7 % (10 من 24 مريض).
أعظم المبيضات انتشارا ؛ المبيضات البيضاء 17(54.8 %) من مجموع ال 31, المبيضات الاستوائية 10 (32.3 % ), مبيضات كفير 3(% 9,6), و مبيضات كالبرومندي 60 % (30 من ضمن 50) من النساء المفحوصات و اللواتي تراوحت أعمارهم من لنساء المفحوصات و اللواتي تراوحت أعمارهم من 29-40 سنة قد وجدت حامله لأجناس المبيضات في منطقة العضو التناسلي الخارجي و 50 % 9) من 18) في مسح أعلى المهبل بالإضافة إلى ذلك تم عزل أجناس المبيضات من غائط الأشخاص الذين تراوحت أعمارهم من 4 أشهر إلى 60 سنة بنسبة 4,33 % (6 من ضمن 18 عينة).
Abstract EN
A total of 186 of normal individuals {F (143), M (43)}, their ages ranged from 6months to 75yeas, was investigated for the presence of Candida species in the mouth, stool, as well as genital and high vaginal regions. The oral carriage of Candida species was found 31out of 100 individuals {M (44), F (66)}, in comparison to that found in the patients in the hospital ward on prolonged antibiotic therapy was 41.7% (10 out of 24 patients).The most prevalent isolated species of Candida from oral cavity of normal individuals was Candida albinos 17 (54.8%).
Out of 31, Candida tropical is 10 (32.3%), Candida Kefyer 3 (9.6%), and 1 (3.3%) Candida gullieromondii. 60% (30 out of 50) of the investigated females whose ages ranged from 29-40 years were found to carry Candida species in their external genital area, and 50% (9 out of 18) on high vaginal swabs.
As well as Candida species was isolated from the stool of persons aged from 4months to 60years in 33.4% (6 out of 18 samples.
