Cet Article rédige tous ce qui concerne la spécificité de l’offre des services dans le secteur des services publics postaux en Algérie.
Cette spécificité rend la production et l’offre des services une opération difficile et complexe.
Cette étude s’articule sur deux (02) Axes : 1er Axe : Concerne les problèmes et complexité de l’offre des services postaux en Algérie.
2ème Axe : Concerne les Techniques Marketing appropriées pour résoudre ces problèmes.
