تم تحضير مجموعة جديدة من حموض 2-(4-كلور-3-ميثيل فينو كسي) الأسيتيل الأمينية و الببتيدات باقتران 2-(4-كلور-3-كيثيل فينو كسي) حمض الخل مع ميثيل إستر / ببتيد الحمض الأميني باستخدام DDC كعانل اقتران و NMM كقاعدة.

و تم التعرف على التركيب البنائي بواسطة تحليل العناصر, أطياف الأشعة تحت الحمراء, الطنين النووي المغناطيسي للبروتون و كربون-13 و كذلك طيف الكتلة.

كذلك فقد تم تقويم فاعلية المركبات الجديدة ضد الجراثيم و الفطريات.

و قد وجد أن المركبات 4,3 و6 لها فاعلية كبيرة ضد جراثيم الجرام السالب Pseudomonas aeruginosa, جراثيم الجرام الموجب Staphylococcus aurous أما المركبات 10,8 و 11 فقد وجد أن لها فاعلية كبيرة ضد الفطريات من النوع Candida albicans.

Abstract EN

A series of new 2-(4-chloro-3-methylphenoxy) acetyl amino acids and peptides have been synthesized by coupling the 2-(4-chloro-3-methylphenoxy) acetic acid with amino acid methyl esters / peptides using DCC as coupling agent and NMM as base.

The structures were elucidated by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR and MS spectral data.

The newly synthesized compounds were also evaluated for antibacterial and antifungal activities.

Compounds 3, 4 and 6 were found to exhibit potent antibacterial activity against gram negative bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa, gram positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and compounds 8, 10 and 11 were found to be potent antifungal agents against pathogenic Candida albicans.
