Local climatic data capture using the NASA SSE program

The authors propose a graphical and numerical statistical analysis models for cloud cover, irradiance and IL luminance estimation.

The calculations were carried out for several stations in Algeria.

The results for only two sites are presented here, using the NASA cloud data web server.

The model is based on the multiple linear regressions and a series of graphs to estimate hourly and monthly cumulative cloud cover.

Geographical distributions of irradiance and ill luminance levels were estimated and the input data arrays were synchronized on time.
