Abstract AR
الهدف : يهدف البحث إلى دراسة تأثير مستخلص بذور الحبة السوداء في مرضية البروسيلا المجهضة.
المنهجية : قسمت مجموعة من الفئران البيضاء بواقع 42 فأرا إلى ست مجاميع بواقع سبعة لكل مجموعة عوملت بالمستخلص المائي لبذور الحبة السوداء، و الدوكسي سايكلين لمدة ستة أيام متتالية ثم حقنت ب 5 x 510 خلية بكتيرية من البروسيلا المجهضة و بعد 21 يوما قتلت الفئران و تم قياس العوامل الآتية : عدد خلايا الدم البيض، معامل تضخم الكبد و الطحال، فرط الحساسية الآجل فضلا عن تعداد مستعمرات البكتيريا في الطحال بعد استنباتها على الأوساط الزراعية المناسبة.
النتائج : أظهرت النتائج زيادة في أعداد خلايا الدم البيض، فرط الحساسية الآجل، معامل الوقاية في الفئران المعاملة بالمستخلص المائي لبذور الحبة السوداء و الدوكسي سايكلين مقارنة بالفئران المصابة فقط.
التوصيات : أظهرت الدراسة أن مستخلص بذور الحبة السوداء يعد معدلا مناعيا جيدا ضد أمراض البروسيلا المجهضة في الفئران المختبرية.
Abstract EN
Objective : To show the effect of Nigella sativa seeds water extract on the pathogenicity of brucellosis.
Methodology : Forty-two mice were divided to six groups treated with N.
sativa and doxycyline for six days, then inoculated with 5x105 CFU / ml of B.
abortus all animals sacrificed after 21 days and concern on Total white blood cells, counts spleen and liver indices, Delayed type hypersensitivity reaction and Brucella enumeration in spleen.
Results : Animals that treated with N.
sativa, doxycyline showed significant increasing of white blood cells count, delayed type hypersensitivity and prophylactic index in Comparison with infected alone.
