الهدف : دراسة تأثير برنامجي تأهيل قلبي مختلفين (تمرينات علاجية مكثفة مقابل تمرينات أقل كثافة) على تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للقلب و ذلك في مرضي الشريان التاجي المستقر و أيضا لدراسة نتائج هذه التمارين على ظهور الأعراض مرة أخرى.
الطريقة : أجريت هذه الدراسة على خمسين مريضا بمرض الشريان التاجي المستقر بعد أن تم فحصهم إكلينيكيا و معمليا، و عن طريق استخدام الموجات فوق الصوتية تم قياس وظائف القلب المختلفة.
و قد تم تقسيم هؤلاء المرضى إلى مجموعتين : المجموعة الأولى تتكون من خمسة و عشرون مريض حيث يتكون برنامجهم العلاجي من تمارين علاجية مكثفة بواقع مرتين يوميا لمدة خمسة أيام أسبوعيا.
و المجموعة الثانية تتكون من خمسة و عشرون مريض حيث يتكون برنامجهم العلاجي من تمارين علاجية أقل كثافة بواقع مرة واحدة يوميا لمدة يومين أسبوعيا.
لمدة ستة أسابيع لكلا المجموعتين.
النتائج : وجد تحسن واضح ذو دلالة إحصائية بين ما قبل عمل التأهيل و بعده و ذلك بالنسبة لبرنامجي التأهيل ( تمرينات علاجية مكثفة و تمرينات أقل كثافة) للمجموعتين الأولى و الثانية على تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للقلب.
أيضا وجود تحسن واضح ذو دلالة إحصائية عالية بالنسبة للنشاط اليومي و الأداء الوظيفي لمختلف الأعمال الحيوية و ذلك عن طريق إجابة المريض على مجموعة أسئلة مختلفة.
الاستخلاص : أصبحت برامج التأهيل الطبي لمرضى القلب علاجا فعالا لإتمام عملية الشفاء.
فهناك تأثير واضح لبرنامجي التأهيل على مرضى القلب حيث وجد تحسن في كفاءة عضلة القلب و الأداء الوظيفي للقلب و اللياقة البدنية و الحالة النفسية للمريض مما أدى إلى تحسن في استعادة النشاط اليومي و الأداء الوظيفي لمختلف الأعمال الحيوية.
Abstract EN
Objective : This study was performed to study the impact of two different cardiac rehabilitation programs (high frequency versus low frequency exercises) on the cardiopulmonary outcome of patients with stable coronary artery disease.
Relation of these exercise programs on the recurrence of myocardial morbidity was also defined.
Methodology : Fifty patients with stable ischemic heart disease were divided into two groups : Group 1 : including 25 patients who were subjected to a six-week high frequency exercise training and Group 2 : including 25 patients who were subjected to a six-week low frequency exercise training.
All the patients were subjected to full clinical assessment, laboratory investigations and Doppler echocardiographic studies.
Results : A statistically significant difference (p < 0.05) was found after both the cardiac rehabilitation programs were instituted regarding all the exercise test characteristics studied.
As regards quality of life (Qol) questionnaire there was also a highly statistical significant difference (p < 0.001).
Conclusion : Exercise training has a well-documented efficacy in the overall rehabilitation of patients with coronary artery disease.
Beneficial effects of exercise training are evident along the different parameters of cardiac functions i.
e.
exercise capacity, exercise tolerance, cardiac hemodynamics as well as the patient's QoL.
