This research paper is devoted to the description and analysis of the new world order and the US global strategy under the presidency of both former US presidents George Bush 1989-1993 and George W.

Bush 2001-2009.

The study focuses on the facts and arguments advanced with or against the US global strategy and its new world order after the 1990-1991 Gulf War and the end of the Cold War order 1990.

The new United States role has been addressed in this study to analyze the reality behind the adoption of the NWO by president George Bush in 1991, the national security strategies of 2002 and 2006 by president George W.

Bush as the basis of the massive use of military forces to create and protect a NWO that's suitable for it's future role in the world.

However, an attempt has been made to ensure the questions of how and why the United States acted unilaterally and aggressively the way it did to dictate its policy on the world by the increasing reliance on the use of it's military power, its unilateral interventionist stance in many parts of the world, especially in Afghanistan and Iraq, and the division of the world into good and evil based on the assumption of "either you are with us or against us", so that there's no neutrality any more.

States had no choice but to admit the power of America and its ability to enforce the roles on the others.
