Abstract EN

The Jordanian legislator has set an appointed time to file a suit at the supreme court in sixty days.

This period comes into effect frome the date of publicizing the decision, informing the concerned party or making sure that the concerned person is aware of that dicision.

This aims at eliminating any chamce of leaving openended the time of the appeal, in order to secure stable and legal position.

However, the legislator- in some cases- allows the appointed time of the appeal be discontinued's lie.

Not cousidering the bygoue period and setting a new date.

Such cases in clued administrative complaints.

This paper deals with the meaning of administrative complaint, its kinds and conditions.
