Delay differential equations are studied.
The focus of this paper on the qualitative behavior of solutions as certain parameter is allowed to vary.
It is shown that if threshold is not exceeded then solution approach to zero exponentially, while if threshold is exceeded, periodic solutions exist.
Many features of the numerical studies are explained, [1].
