يتضمن البحث تحضير سلسلة من حوامض الانثرانليك (Ia-f) باستخدام تفاعل المان المعروف يتبعها عملية الحولقة لبعض تلك الحوامض (Ib, d, f) باستخدام أوكسي كلوريد الفسفور (POCl3) بصفة عامل حولقة للحصول على مركبات 5-كلوروبنزو [1, 8][b] نفثاريدين المعوضة.
و لقد تم تتبع نواتج جميع التفاعلات بوساطة كروموتوكرافيا الطبقة الرقيقة (TLC) حيث سجلت قيم (Rf)، و تم استخدام الطرق الطيفية المتوفرة مثل طيف الأشعة تحت الحمراء (I.R) و طيف الأشعة فوق البنفسجية (U.V) في عملية التشخيص، و تم أيضا استخدام التحليل الدقيق للعناصر (CHNS) و كرموتوكرافيا غاز-طيف الكتلة (GC / MS) في تشخيص و إثبات بعض هذه المركبات.
Abstract EN
A series of N-(2-Pyridyl) anthracitic acids (Ia-f) have been synthesized by Ullman reaction.
Cyclization of (Ib, d, f) by phosphorusoxy chloride (POCl3) gives substituted 5-chlorobenzo [b][1,8] naphthyridine compounds.
The reaction progress was followed by thin layer chromatography (TLC), rate flow (Rf) values was recorded, spectral data (IR) and (U.V) were recorded.
Elemental analysis (CHNS) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC / MS) were carried out for some of the synthesized compounds.
