Investigation of rate equations model for passive q-switching laser

A set of four coupled rate equations model is stated to simulate the passive Q-switching of solid-state laser with a solid-state storable absorber.

It is adequate to describe the contribution of the first and the ground state of storable absorber material in the absorption activity of the storable absorber during the optical performance, and calculate the molecules population of storable absorber.

The model accuracy has been checked bv numerical solution to iu Investigate the Ruby passive Q-switching using Dy ~ : CaF ; > solid-state saturable absorber.
