aeruginosa المعزولة من مرضى يعانون من أخماج مختلفة في مستشفيات مدينة أربيل تم تشخيصها اعتمادا على الصفات الشكلية و الزراعية و الاختبارات البايوكيميائية لها.
التحول الوراثي للسلالة المختبرية E.coli K-12(JM 83) بال DNA البلازميدي المعزول من البكتريا المعزولة أظهر بأن الجينات مانحة المقاومة للامبسلين و سيفاتوكسيم و ارثرومايسين و جنتامايسين و حامض نالديكسيك و ريفامبيم و تراي مثيبريم و كذلك للمعدن الثقيل كلوريد الزئبق و المشفرة لإنزيم جيلاتينيز واقعة جميعها على جزيئات ال DNA البلازميدي للبكتيريا.
بينما الجين المشفر لمقاومة المضاد الحيوي لنكومايسين و تلك المسؤولة عن إنتاج صبغة البايوسيانين واقعة على ال DNA الكروموسومي لها النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها دعمت بتجارب الترحيل الكهربائي و التحييد البلازميدي.
Abstract EN
The isolated bacteria of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from patients suffering from various infections in Erbil city hospitals were identified depending on the basis of morphological, cultural characters and biochemical tests.
Genetic transformation of the laboratory Escherichia coli K-12 (JM83 strain) by the plasmids isolated from P.
aeruginosa bacteria showed that the genes encoding resistance to ampicillin, cefotaxime, erythromycin, gentamycin, nalidixic acid, rifampicin, tetracycline, trimethoprim, mercury chloride and the gelatinize enzyme production are located on plasmid DNA molecules, but genes coding for lincomycin resistance and pyocyanin production are on chromosomal DNA of these bacteria.
The results obtained were supported by gel electrophoresis and plasmid curing experiments.
