إخفاء المعلومات هو مصطلح عام يمكن أن يطبق باستخدام عد تقنيات و التي تضمن أن البيانات المخفية يجب أن تكون غير مرئية للعين المجردة.
في الوقت الحاضر تم التركيز على نوعين أساسيين من طرق إخفاء البيانات هما الكتابة المخفية Steganography و العلامة المائية .Watermarking الطريقة المقترحة في بحثنا هذا هو إخفاء البيانات باستخدام معاملات تحويل الموجية لإخفاء كمية كبيرة من المعلومات فيها حيث تم استعمال هذه الطريقة لتضمين صورة ضمن أخرى.

Information hiding is a general term that can be implemented using several techniques that can in this paper insure that concealed data would be invisible to the naked eye.
Two types of data hiding have been emerge, steganography and watermarking.
The proposed method deals with hiding a large amount of information (images) in other media (image) using wavelet transform.
