تم دراسة التركيب الكيماوي لمستخلصي أوراق إكليل الجبل (الروزماري) و الصفصاف المحضرين بالتقطير البخاري و الاستخلاص بالكحول الاثيلي 95 % لمدة ساعتين، و فعاليتها ضد الجرثومية لكلا المستخلصين على نمو المكورات العنقودية الذهبية و الزائفة الزنجارية باستخدام فحص الانتشار بالحفر.
أشارت نتائج التحليل الكيماوي بأن نسبة استخلاص أوراق الجبل من المادة الجافة بلغت حوالي 31 % و 40.25 % في أوراق الكالبتوس و أظهرت النتائج بأن التركيب الكيماوي لمستخلص أوراق إكليل الجبل قد احتوى على القلويدات، الفلوفونات، الكلوسيدات، الراتنج، الفينول، الصابونين، التانين، التربين، و الفابنين، بينما احتوى مستخلص أوراق الصفصاف على القلويدات، الفلوفونات، الكلوسيدات، الفينول، الكومارين، الصابونين، التانين، الستيرود و التربين.
أشارت نتائج فحص الفعالية ضد الجرثومية أن كلا المستخلصين أظهرت فعالية مضادة للجراثيم المدروسة.
بلغ أقل تركيز مثبط من مستخلص إكليل الجبل لنمو جرثومة المكورات العتقودية 0.5 ملغم / مل و 1.0 ملغم / مل بالنسبة للزائفة الزنجارية في حين بلغ أقل تركيز مثبط مستخلص أوراق الصفصاف لنمو جرثومة المكورات العنقودية 0.25 ملغم / مل و 1.0 ملغم / مل لجرثومة الزائفة الزنجارية.
Abstract EN
The chemical composition and antibacterial activity of Rosmarinus officinal is and Eucalyptus spathuahta leaves extracts, which were prepared by steam distillation and extraction by ethanol 95% for two hours were studied against the Staphylococcus aurous and Pseudomonas areuginosa by using agar well diffusion method.
The results showed that the alcoholic extracts gave a percentage of dry weight of crude substance of Rosemary leaves was 31% and 40.25% for eucalyptus leaves.
The results also, showed that the primary chemical composition of roseman leaves extract contains alkaliods, flavonoids, resins, phenol glycosides, saponins, tannins, terrene., cineol and a-pinned.
The chemical constituents of eucalyptus leaves extract include alkaloids, flavonoids, glycosides, phenol, Coumadin's, sapiens, tannins, steroids and terpene.
The antibacterial activity showed that both leaves extracts were effective against both bacteria.
The minimum inhibitory concentration (MlCs) of rosemary extract were 0.5 mg / ml for S.
aurous and 1.0 mg / m! for P.
areuginosa and the MlCs of eucalyptus leaves extract were 0.25 mg / ml for S.
aurous and 1.0 mg / ml for P.
