Abstract AR
أجريت الدراسة الحالية على صنفين من التين هما كادوتا و أسود ديالى و ذلك بهدف تحديد منحنى النمو لهذين الصنفين و كذلك دراسة بعض الخواص الفسيولوجية للثمار.
و قد أوضحت النتائج أن ثمار التين و لكلا الصنفين تتبع منحنى النمو المزدوج و ذلك على أساس الزيادة في أقطار الثمار و وزنها الرطب.
كما لوحظ زيادة نسبة المواد الصلبة الذائبة الكلية و السكريات الكلية و المختزلة كلما تقدمت الثمار باتجاه النضج النهائي.
و لوحظ أيضا تفوق الصنف أسود ديالى في محتواه البروتيني و في مرحلة النضج النهائي على الصنف كادوتا.
و عند دراسة التغيرات في سرعة التنفس لثمار الصنفين وجد هنالك ارتفاع في سرعة التنفس عند دخول الثمار مرحلة النضج النهائي و نقترح هذه النتيجة أن ثمار التين يمكن تصنيفها كثمار فترة النضوج الحرج.
Abstract EN
An investigation was conducted to study the growth curve and some physiological characteristics of two fig cvs.
“ Kadota and Aswed Deala”.
Results showed that fruits of fig display a double sigmoidal growth curve on the basis of diameter and fresh weight of fruits.
Total soluble solid, Total and reducing sugars increased continuously as the fruits entered the ripening phase for both cvs.
However, Aswed Deal cv.
was superior to Kadota in it’s content of protein at ripening stage.
Changes in respiration rate for both cvs.
indicated to an increase in respiration rate when fruits entered the ripening phase, suggesting that these fruits may be classified as climacteric fruits.
