In this paper, we introduced a new estimator for ridge factor.

This estimator has been found by using the informative prior information about the regression parameter and the variance of random error.

We have found that the value of the estimator depends on the square of Bayesian estimator for regression parameter which represents the non-centrality parameter for the posterior distribution of random ridge factor.
