تم تحديد الاختلافات الوراثية و درجة القرابة بين عترات كوريني السل الكاذب المعزل من الأغنام و التي تم الكشف عنها باستخدام اختبار تفاعل البلمرة المتسلسل باستخدام خمسة بادئات عشوائية عن طريق التمديد العشوائي لإجزاء الحمض النووي و ذلك بالفصل الكهربي في جل الأجاروز.
هذا و تكون الاختلافات في مناظر الشرائط مميزة لكل عترة.
و قد أوضحت النتائج اختلافات في التركيب الجيني و درجة القرابة بين العترات المعزولة.
و ربما يعزي ذلك إلى وجود عترات جديدة من ميكروب كوريني السل الكاذب.
Abstract EN
The phylogenetic and phylogenetic relationships among 7 identified strains of C.
pseudo tuberculosis isolated from sheep were checked by PCR specific primers demonstrated with random amplified polymorphic DNA–polymerase chain reaction (RAPD–PCR) by using five arbitrarily primers.
C pseudo tuberculosis isolates were distinguished according to the banding patterns of their amplified DNA on agars gel.
The variation can be used for diagnostic differentiation among C.
pseudo tuberculosis strains.
Differences were observed in RAPD patterns between the 7 isolates and this may be due to the presence of novel servers of this microorganism.
