تمت دراسة حركية أكسدة سايستين بواسطة سلوناميد –N كلوروبترين الصوديوم (Chloramine-B أو CAB) في وسط حمض الكبريت عند درجة ٣٠˚م.
و تبين أن التفاعل من الدرجة الأولى و يعتمد على تركيز كل من [CAN] و [Cysteine] و بدرجة عكسية جزئية على تركيز الحمض [H+].
و أن تأثير تركيز الكبريتات [so-4], تغيير الشدة الأيونية, ثابت العزل الكهربي للوسط و إضافة ناتج الاختزال سلوفوناميد البنزين ليس له تأثير على معدل سرعة التفاعل.
و تم حساب المعاملات الديناميكية الحرارية بدراسة الحركية عند درجات حرارة مختلفة.
كما تم وضع ميكانيكية مناسبة تتفق مع النتائج الحركية.
Abstract EN
The kinetics of oxidation of Cysteine by Sodium N-Chlorobenzene sulphonamide (Chloramine-B or CAB) in H2SO4 medium has been carried out at 30 oC.
The reaction rate shows a first order dependence each on [CAB] and [Cysteine] and inverse fractional order on [H+].
The effect of [SO42-], variation of ionic strength, dielectric constant of the medium and addition of the reduction product Benzenesulphonamide have no effect on the rate of reaction.
Thermodynamic parameters have been evaluated by studying the kinetics at various temperature.
Suitable mechanism has been proposed in consistency with the kinetic results.
