تم تحليل نشاط مضاد HIV-1 للبتروكسازينونات, المماثل ل Efavirenz و ذلك بالنسبة للخواص الفيزكيميائية و الجزئية, وقد وجد أن فعالية المركبات تتعلق بشكل ملحوظ بالمعامل الفراغي, التوصيلية الجزيئية v1, عدم حب الماء و المعامل الإلكتروني المتعلق بالسالبية الكهربية Xeq.

و وجد أن النتائج مفيدة في مناقشة ميكانية تفاعل مستقبل الدواء.

Abstract EN

The anti HIV-1 activity of Benzoxazinones, analogues of Efavirenz, is analyzed in relation to their physicochemical and molecular properties.

The activities of the compounds are found to be significantly correlated with steric parameter, molecular connectivity 1 X v, hydrphobicity-log P and electronic parameter equalized electro negativity-Xeq.

The results are found to be useful in disussing the mechanism of drug-receptor interaction.
