تضمن البحث ثلاثة سلاسل الجديدة a-N-نفثايل-)-2اريل هيدرازونو)-3-اوكسو بيوتانمايد, و N-(6-كلورو بنزوثايزول-2-اريل هيدرازونو)-3-(اوكسو بيوتانمايد), (6-ميثل بنزوثايزول-2-يل)-2-اريل هيدرازونو)-3-(اوكسو بيوتانمايد) و المشتقة من النفثايل أمين و 2- امينوبنزوثايول و قد أجريت التفاعلات بخطوتين : الخطوة الأولى كانت تفاعل التفثايل أمين مع تمثيل اسيتو اسيتيت للسلسلة الأولى و تفاعل مشتقات الأمينو بنزوثايزول (6- كلوروامينو بنزوثايزول, 6-ميثل امينوبنزوثايزول) مع مثيل اسيتو اسيتيت للسلسلة الثانية و الثالثة على التوالي عند (170-160) م° باستعمال طريقة حديثة في التحضير تزيد من النسبة المئوية للمنوج.
أما الخطوة الثانية فهي تفاعل هذه المركبات الناتجة من أملاح الاريل دايازونيوم كلورايد في وسط قاعدي و عند درجة (5-0) م° للحصول على عشر صبغات جديدة من مشتقات الاريل هيدرازونو-3- اوكسو بيوتامايد جميع هذه النووي المغناطسي 13C-NMR, 1H-NMR UV-Visible و قياس درجات الانصهار و كذلك الذوبانية.
English Abstract
Three series of new N-(a-naphthyl-2-(aryl hydrazono)-3-oxo butanamide, N-(6- hloro) benzothiazol-2-yl)-2-(aryl hydrazono)-3- oxo butanamide and N-(6-methyl) benzothiazol-2-yl)-2-(aryl hydrazono)-3- oxo butanamide were synthesized in two 'steps derived from a-naphthyl amine, 2-aminobenzothiazole.
: The first step was involved the reaction of different fused aromatic amines (a-naphthyl amine, 6-chloro- 2-aminobenzothiazole and 6-methyl-2- aminobenzothiazole) with methyl acetoacetate -at (160-170) °C by using modern method to provide greatly improved yields.
In the 'second step arenediazonium chloride was added to [3-oxo-butanamide derivatives] in '-basic solution at (0-5) °C to get ten new dyes of aryl hydrazono derivatives.
These synthesized compounds were characterized by FT-IR, 13C-NMR, 'H-NMR, UV- Visible spectroscopy, and by measuring their melting points, and solubility.
