حضرت ثلاث معقدات للنحاس (II) و الحديد (II) مع خليط من ليكندي الاسيتيل أسيتون بس (ثايوسميكربازون)ABTSH2- و البنزالدازاينBA- في الوسط المتعادل و شخصت المعقدات الناتجة باستخدام تقنيات فيزيائية-كيميائية مختلفة تتضمن التقدير الكمي للعنصر الفلزي و حساب الوزن الجزيئي و التوصيل الكهربائي و العزم المغناطيسي و الانكسار المولاري و قياس أطياف الأشعة تحت الحمراء و الإلكترونية، و استنادا إلى ذلك اقترحت أشكال ثمانية السطوح ذات صيغ عامة [Cu2 (ABTSH2) 2 (BA) 2 CI2] CI2 و [M2 (ABTSH2) 2 (BA)2 (SO4) 2] (حيث Cu (II) = M أو Fe (II)) للمعقدات الناتجة.

درست الفعالية مضادة الفطريات مختبريا ضد الفطر المسبب لمرض العفن على البرتقال Aspergillus niger و الفطر المسبب لمرض تعفن جذور و سيقان البنجر Fusarium sp.

و الفطر المسبب لتبقع الفاصوليا .Alternaria sp.

أعطت جميع المعقدات فعالية ملحوظة ضد هذه الفطريات لمسببة للأمراض.

قورنت الفعالية المضادة للفطريات لهذه المعقدات مع المادة الضابطة بالايثانول.

اتضح أن المعقد [Cu2 (ABTSH2) 2 (BA) 2 CI2] CI2 يمتلك أفضل فعالية ضد الفطر .Alternaria sp.

English Abstract

Three complexes of copper (II) and iron (II) with mixed ligands acetylacetonebis (thio-semicarbazone)- ABTSH2 and benzaldazine-BA have been prepared and characterized using different physic-chemical techniques including the determination of metal contents, mole-collar weight, measurement of molar conductivity, magnetic moment, molar refraction, infrared and electronic spectra.

Accordingly, octahedral complexes having general formulas CU2 (ABTSH2) 2 (BA) 2C12 [C12 and [M2 (ABTSH2) 2 (BA) 2 (S04)2] {M = Cu (II) or (Fe (II)} have been proposed.

The resulted complexes screened for antifungal activity in vitro against the citrus pathogen Aspergillums nagger and Fusarium sp.

which caused root rot of sugar and the beans pathogen Alter aria sp.

All the complexes exhibited significant antifungal activities against these pathogens.

The antifungal activity of these complexes was comparable with the standard fungicides in ethanol.

The complex [Cu2 (ABTSH2)2 (B A) 2C12]C12 had the best antifungal activity against Alter aria sp.
