يعتبر كلوريد الحديد الثلاثي سداسي الماء FeCl3.6H2O أو كلوريد النيكل سداسي الماء NiCl2.6H2O من المحفزات الفعالة في الازدواج ثلاثي المكونات بيتا كيتو استر -keto ester، الألدهيدات الأريلية التي يوجد فيها إحلال arylaldehyde substituted و اليوريا أو الثيويوريا لإنتاج 4، 3- ثنائي هيدروبيريميدين-2 ((H1 –أون / -ثيونات المقابلة -3، 4 .dihydropyrimidin-2 (1H)-ones / -thiones ويتم التفاعل في عدم وجود مذيب، و حاصل التفاعل كبير كما أنه ينتهي في خلال 20-40 ثانية.
Abstract EN
FeCl3•6H2O or NiCl2•6H2O efficiently catalyze the three-component coupling of β-keto ester, substituted aryl aldehydes and urea or thiourea to afford the corresponding 3, 4-dihydropyrimidin-2 (1H)-ones /-thiones.
The reaction works in the absence of solvent, the yield are high and goes to completion within 20–40 secs
