Theses and dissertations have a special importance in scientific research because they are the primary sources of information that charactrized by authenticity and genuinty. Controlling and using them by researchers has become very important matter. This could be achieved by knowing the libraries and in formation center having these resources. The research discussed the levels and tools of Bibiolographic adjustment, some copies of theses from world and Arab countries and the beginnings of scientific studies in the Iraqi universities.
