تم تبني طريقة اقتصادية و صديقة للبيئة لتحضير شالكونات 3 باستخدام التشعيع بالموجات الدقيقة.
و أدى تفاعل المركب 3 مع فينيل الهيدرازين باستخدام التشعيع MW أدى إلى الحصول على مشتقات –N فينيل بيرازول 5.
و اختصر زمن التفاعل من عادة ساعات إلى ثواني بالإضافة إلى تحسين مردود التفاعل مقارنة مع طرق التسخيص العادية.
Abstract EN
An environment and economic synthesis of Chalcones 3 under microwave (MW) irradiation has been adopted.
Reaction of compound 3 with phenyl hydrazine under MW irradiation afforded N-phenylpyrazole derivatives 5.
The reaction time has been brought down from hours to seconds with improved yield as compared to conventional heating.
