في هذا البحث تم دراسة الخواص الميكانيكية لمزاج البولي أثيلين عالي الكثافة صنف M 624 و المنتج محليا في الشركة العامة للصناعات البتروكيمياوية / البصرة-العراق باستخدام نشارة الخشب و البكاس كمالنات بنسب 10-50 % (وزن / وزن).
و كانت نتائج الدراسة إن قوة الشد تزداد عند النسبة 10 % بينما تقل عند النسب الأخرى من المالئ 20-50 % و تقل قيم الاستطالة و قوة التصادم و طاقة الكسر بزيادة نسبة المالئ المضاف، إضافة لذلك يزداد معامل يونك و الصلادة بزيادة نسبة المالئ المضاف.
Abstract EN
In this paper, the mechanical properties of high density polyethylene Basra – Iraq, mixed with the wood / (HDPE grade M624) produced by SCPI flour and bagasse as fillers with 10-50 % w /w have been studied.
The maximum tensile strength was observed at 10% w / w of fillers ratio.
The elongation, impact strength and fracture energy were decreased with increasing of fillers ratio while the Young modulus and hardness were increased.
