In this paper, the theoretical results of the solvability, controllability and observability of the mild solution to the following nonlinear dynamic control system s=t s=0 h (t-s)g(s, u w(s)) ds(B w)(t) u w (0) =u0∫ d u w ( t )\ dt + A u w ( t )= f( t , u ( t)) + ∫s=t s=0 h (t-s)g(s, u w(s)) ds(B w)(t) u w (0) =u0 have been discussed and proved via Banach fixed point theorem and strongly continuous semi group theory.
