People used to arrange their issues in life since many centuries ago, during inter national assemblies and inter national commerce.

Holy Quran shows that history of economic punishment against Muslims many centuries faraway like the saying of hypocrites "spend not on those who are with Allah s messenger" and the story of "thamud" who killed the camel of Allah.

And "midian" when Allah has sent to them pro "shu aib" and they refused to give full measure and full weight.

Quran shows that the aims from economic punishments against Muslims by saying "neither those who disbelieve among the people of the scripture" Jews and Christians "nor al-mushrikun" the idolaters, polytheists, disbelievers in the oneness of Allah "like that there should be sent down unto you any good from your lord" Allah told his prophet that when disbelievers plotted against him, they did so, to imprison him from Islamic call or to kill him or to get him out of this city.

Quran guides people to be pious believers of Islamic monotheism who fear Allah much, by that they can rout their enemies by Allah s leave.

and Allah is with patients.

Allah orders Muslims to be cooperated with each others and with governors and vices and to enrich their wealth and develop their economy and Allah will set firm our feet and make Muslims victorious over the disbelieving people.
