Abstract EN

This paper deals with the reality of study in vocational preliminaries / Commercial Branch / and the ways to improve this situation by addressing the problems and constraints faced by the commercial secondary education at the level of curriculums, inputs and other educational items.

The researcher classified the barriers into : immanence that belong to the nature of inputs and conditions that continue where students study in secondary trading, and methodological barriers that refer to curriculum, and teaching mechanisms, as well as future prospects available for the output of vocational education at the level of employment and the labor market, the level of acceptance in the stages of the higher study.

According to the results of theoretical study and field, the researcher concluded a set of recommendations, including : 1 - Development of teaching methods so that the focus to be on the practical side.

2 - To resort to the principle of early specialization.

As applied in industry branch.

3 - Expanding the area accept graduates of professional colleges in the corresponding particular technical colleges.

4 - Allocation of a central rate set for outstanding students and encouraging and reasonable rates.
