حضر في هذه الدراسة ثلاث أميدات من تكاثف السلفانيلاميد مع ثلاث من الحوامض الأمينية المحمية بالفثالويل باستخدام DCC كعامل مكثف لتكوين الأميد المقابل.
و قد شخصت جميع المركبات المحضرة بتقنية IR و H NMR و تحليل العناصر الدقيق.
Abstract EN
Three amides were prepared via the coupling of sulphanilamide withNphthalylamino acids in one-step using N,N’-Dicyclohexyl carbodiimide (DCC) as a condensing agent to furnish the corresponding amide.
All compounds have been characterizated by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectra.
