يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة مدى وجود عناصر المنظمة المتعلمة في مستشفى الشفاء بغزة من وجهة نظر العاملين في المستشفى.

و قد تم استخدام نسخة معدلة من الإطار النظري لواتكنز و مارسك (2003) في هذا البحث نظرا لأنه يعطي تعريفا واضحا لمفهوم المنظمة المتعلمة من منظور الثقافة التنظيمية.

و يشمل هذا الإطار النظري المعدل (43) سؤالا لقياس عناصر المنظمة المتعلمة التالية : فرص تعليم دائمة، الحوار، التعاون و التعلم الجماعي، الرؤية الجماعية، التعلم المشترك، و الارتباط مع البيئة.

و قد تم توزيع استبانة البحث على 325 من العاملين في مستشفى الشفاء تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية.

و أظهر التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام الوسط و الانحراف المعياري و اختبار (ت) أن عناصر المنظمة المتعلمة غير موجودة في مستشفى الشفاء من وجهة نظر العاملين في المستشفى.

و توصل البحث إلى أن مستشفى الشفاء بحاجة إلى تفعيل جميع عناصر المنظمة المتعلمة بما فيها توفير فرص تعليم دائمة، الحوار، التعاون و التعلم الجماعي، الرؤية الجماعية، التعلم المشترك، و الارتباط مع البيئة.

Abstract EN

The objective of this research is to study the existence of the attributes (dimensions) of the learning organization in Al-Shifa hospital in Gaza from its employees' point of view.

A modified version of the theoretical framework of learning organizations developed by Watkins and Marsick (2003) is used in this research because it provides a clear definition of the construct of “learning organization” from an organizational culture perspective.

This framework consists of a (43) item questionnaire that evaluates the following attributes (dimensions) of the learning organization: continuous learning opportunities, dialogue and inquiry, collaboration and team learning, collective vision, capture and share learning as well as environmental connection.

The questionnaire was distributed to (325) employees who were randomly selected from Al-Shifa hospital’s employees.

The statistical analysis of the questionnaire, using the Mean, Standard Deviation and T- Test, indicates that the dimensions of the learning organization did not exist in Al-Shifa hospital from its employees' point of view.

The research concluded that to become a learning organization, Al-Shifa hospital needs to promote all the dimensions of the learning organization (i.e., continuous learning opportunities, dialogue and inquiry, collaboration and team learning, collective vision, capture and share learning as well as environmental connection).
