تمت دراسة تبدد مبيد الديازينون بعد رشه في بعض الفواكه و الخضروات، و هي : الجرجير، البقدونس، الخس، التين، العنب و الجوافة.
و وجد أن بقايا المبيد تحتاج لمدة تتراوح من 10-13 يوما للوصول إلى أقل من الحد المسموح بتواجده.
تم الاستخلاص بمذيب الأسيتونتريل ثم التقنية بالطور الصلب بواسطة أنابيب الفلورسيل.
تم قياس المبيد بجهاز الكروماتوجرافي السائل عالي الكفاءة (HPLC).
Abstract EN
The dissipation of diazinon residue from some fruits and vegetables such as rocket, parsley, lettuce, fig, grape and guava was studied.
The insecticide residues require 10-13 days to come down to the tolerance limits.
The extraction has been done with acetonitrile followed by cleanup using solid phase florisil cartridges.
High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) instrument was used for determination.
