أضيف للمحراث الحفار المطور صف من الأسلحة الحفارة لزيادة قابليته على تفتيت التربة.

يعاني المحراث الحفار من مجموعة من المشاكل أهمها انخفاض قابليته على تفتيت التربة.

زود في التطوير الأول بمنعمتين تتكون كل واحدة منهما من أسطوانة مزودة بعشرة مجاميع من القطع المعدنية التي تضرب الأرض بصورة عمودية.

وضعت القطع بصورة متبادلة للمجاميع المتجاورة.

و وضعت المجاميع على الاسطوانتين بصورة متبادلة أيضا لتفتيت التربة على طول العرض الشغال للمحراث.

إلا أن هذه المجاميع لا تستطيع تفتيت التربة بالعمق لكون تعمقها لا يتجاوز 18 سم.

لذلك زود المحراث بسبع محاريث حفارة وضعت بين المنعمتين لرفع الكتل الترابية إلى السطح لتفتيتها بواسطة المنعمة الخلفية.

ثبتت المحاريث الحفارة بزاوية ميل 65 درجة لغرض زيادة قابليتها على دفع كتل التربة إلى السطح.

نفذت التجارب باستخدام ثلاثة أعماق حراثة 10, 15, 20 cm و ثلاثة سرع أمامية 0.34, 0.53, 0.90 m / sec.

و استخدمت المتغيرات مع تراكيب المحراث الأربعة و هي المحراث الحفار الاعتيادي (CP) و المحراث الحفار المزود بمنعمتين (CP + 2R) و المحراث الحفار مع الأسلحة الحفارة (CP + CU)

Abstract EN

The modified plow was tested using their operating depths (10, 15, 20cm) and four forward speeds (0.34, 0.53, 0.90m / sec).

These parameters were used with CP, CP + 2R, CP + CU and CP + CU + 2R.The field performance of the plow was evaluated by the draft force, draft power, the soil pulverization expressed by MWD, specific energy, equivalent energy and the utilization energy efficiency.

The first three parameters are discussed in party while the remaining parameters will be discussed in part2.

The results showed that the draft force requirement of CP + CU + 2R is 22.16, 27.28 and 34.35kN for operating depths of 10, 15 and 20cm respectively.

The added tines draft requirements are 9.45, 9.93 and 12.54kN for the same operating depths respectively.

The average draft force requirement is 10.64kN and 1.5kN for each tine.

Despite of this increase in draft force the MWD decreased considerable when the plow was provided with two rotors.

The MWD for CP were 39.21, 38.45 and 45mm while it decreased for CP+2R to 18.0, 22.23 and 28.27mm (the reduction 54.1 %, 38.45 % and 37.2 %)and it decreased further for CP+Cu+2R to 12.79, 14.53 and 17.58mm (the reduction 67.4 %, 62.2% and 61 %)for operating depths of 10, 15 and 20cm respectively.

The draft force requirement of the plow when provided with tines (CP + CU + 2R) increased with forward speed from 24.47 to 31.29kN (27.8 %) while for CP+2R increased from 15.33 to 19.89kN (29.7%) when the forward speed increased from 0.34 to 0.90m / sec.

However, MWD decreased as the forward speed increased, for CP + 2R decreased from 30.97 to 18.83mm (30 %) but for CP + CU + 2R from 21.03 to 10.55mm (50 %) for the same forward speed and that is regarded big improvement in the field performance of the plow.

The draft power of CP + CU + 2R increased as the operating depth and the forward speed increased.

The effect of the forward speed on the draft power was twice the effect of the tines.

The tine draft power requirement on average is o.72kW.
