The electronic commerce (e-ecommerce) takes its legal form by comply its correspondent traditional trade form in addition to the principles of the linguistic jurisprudence like the rule of the disjunctive exception which came in the second Surah (Baqara) verse-282, Islam had solved the problems faced first Muslims who has sins in their commercial transactions originated in the period prior to Islam by the removal of hardship from them, by following the Quranic manners which will solve the problems of the current information society compared by analogy or syllogism to the first Muslims era.
