Inoculation of Phaseolus vulgaris seeds was carried out at three different sites, namely Sangi Island, Elgoes and Elfadlab villages.

The objective of this work was to test the efficiency of Rhizobium inocula and to compare it with some nitrogen fertilizer under field condition.

The results showed that the percentage seed yield increased by 208% and 60% compared to the untreated plant (control) and the urea treated plant respectively at different field sites.
